2. What data is processed and why?
- Contact: Names, contact details, business information and request content you provide by email or phone are processed to answer questions, evaluate product and quotation requests, and manage business relationships. The website has no registration, payment or contact form.
- Technical access: IP addresses, requested pages, access times, browser details and security records may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver pages, resolve errors and prevent abuse.
- Preferences: Your language and theme choices are kept in your browser for the tab session. Your cookie choice, notice version and choice timestamp are retained for 180 days and are not used to build an advertising profile.
- Optional measurement: With your permission, Google Analytics may process page views, browser/device details and cookie identifiers to produce usage statistics. Google Tag Manager loads the measurement tags. Measurement does not start before permission is given.
3. Collection methods and legal grounds
Data is collected automatically during visits and through email or phone communication. Relevant grounds under Article 5 of Law No. 6698 include contract formation or performance (5/2(c)), legal obligations (5/2(ç)), establishing, exercising or protecting rights (5/2(e)), and legitimate interests in site security and answering general enquiries, subject to your fundamental rights (5/2(f)). Optional analytics relies on your explicit consent under Article 5/1.
4. Recipients and overseas services
The site is configured for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process access and security data to provide hosting. Email communication uses Microsoft Outlook; consented analytics uses Google services. These providers may process data outside Türkiye. Information may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where legally required.
International transfers are subject to Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Cookie consent does not replace these transfer requirements. Google privacy terms apply to the Google Maps map on the contact page. The Google Search Console verification tag does not execute tracking code in your browser.
5. Retention and deletion
Contact records are retained as needed to resolve your request and, where applicable, for the business relationship, statutory retention or legal claims. Once processing grounds and mandatory retention periods expire, records are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Browser storage periods are listed in the Cookie Policy. Provider record retention depends on the service and account settings.
6. Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing and its purposes, learn the domestic or overseas recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the conditions apply, and ask that recipients be notified of these actions. You may object to adverse results based exclusively on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Submit requests using the methods specified in the Communiqué on Applications to Data Controllers. You may write to the address below from an email address you previously provided and that is recorded in our systems. Contact us for other application methods and the postal application address. Information needed to verify your identity and assess your request may be requested; please do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive data. Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days; additional costs may be charged under the Board’s applicable tariff.
Withdraw analytics permission through “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page. Withdrawal does not retroactively affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
